Therefore, the following safety operation procedures must be strictly observed in the ship repairing process.
1. We must pay attention to the lighting when working on the ship. Without lighting, you must bring a good flashlight to prevent from stepping and falling.
2. After the oil and water tank is opened on the ship, you should not enter it at will, but wait for the security department to test the air in the tank before you can enter it. Attention should be paid to the ventilation conditions and labor supervision system.
3. Before open fire operation on fuel oil tank, cabinet (including neighboring cabinet), oil pipe, etc., we must do thorough cleaning on oil tank, cabinet, oil pipe, etc., and then carry out combustible gas explosion test and check, and only after passing can we carry out operation.
4. In the cabin for open fire operations, must pay attention to the surrounding environment, if necessary, the surrounding equipment should be removed, and then work. After work, the workplace and its surroundings should be organized and checked, and all fires should be extinguished.
5. All valves and electrical switches on board shall not be opened or closed arbitrarily.
6. If there are other electrical facilities around the workplace (including the neighboring cabin) which are not related to the construction, the power must be cut off before the operation is carried out.
7. When there are cables and other wooden outfitting facilities around the workplace (including neighboring cabins), the work must be supervised by a person for open fire operation and checked by a person after the work is finished. If necessary, the above facilities shall be removed and the work shall be carried out again.
8. No walking on the skeleton after the deck is removed.
9. No unauthorized access to unrelated compartments, open the manhole cover, watertight hatch cover, do not close at will.
10. The repair operation of the side plate should be carried out in the order from top to bottom.
